Northboro, MA, October 7, 2003 -- IntraLearn Software Corporation, the leading supplier of configurable e-Learning software applications, and Recombo Inc., an industry leader in content integration for learning, knowledge management and performance support, announced today a partnership to offer tightly integrated, well-tested content integration solutions to IntraLearn’s partners and clients. These solutions will take advantage of IntraLearn’s flexible product suite and Recombo’s content testing, integration platform and services.

Recombo’s Content Integration Lab is an independent facility where learning resources are tested for SCORM and AICC compliance and are actually installed and operated on learning management systems to make sure that everything is working properly. IntraLearn’s products have been installed in this lab and a complete content integration solution is being developed. This includes content testing, treatment and migration solutions for legacy, internal and third-party content and new ways of describing content to link learning objectives with business outcomes. Over the coming months, the two companies will be working together to enhance the value of content delivered on IntraLearn’s systems. The primary objective is to deliver a 100% guarantee that all courseware runs error-free on IntraLearn's e-Learning platforms.
